Product description

Cerablanket mats are made of water fiber suspensions and appropriately selected binders. They are characterized by excellent volume stability, good mechanical strength, low linear shrinkage and easy machinability, they are used as:

  • output product for the production of block-layered, Z-block in, strips, cord in pressed, module in, cut and pressed fittings,
  • for making glued refractory linings and vaulted to the armor furnace in heating, furnace for thermal processing, furnace in plunge, furnace in pusher, clad, furnace in the ceramic industry, non-ferrous metal industry,
  • for insulation of the reactor in thermal, high-temperature pipelines, recuperator and regenerator in heaters, foundry molds,
  • for making linings in a furnace, movable doors, gate valves and other movable elements,
  • for high temperature seals, sound insulation and filling of expansion joints and many more.
